I have SLO-SYN Synchronous Stepping motors with encoders attached to the rear.

Does anyone know how to identify which lead is which?  It has 5 leads with continuity between numbers 1 and 2.  No continuity between any of the others.

These I think were on a Bridgeport Boss 1

1200 oz.in. motor size.
