In this case when it starts up it would just not come out of Estop right?
You could override the limits and jog it off or shut down and manually move
the axis off the limit and restart the EMC.  This situation really shouldn't
happen though if home/limit is just 'off' the switches - not just 'on' the
switches. ie if it hits a limit, back off it before entering Estop.
